On June 17th, my Nana and Papa took my cousin Connor and me to see two Atlanta Braves baseball games. We went to the Thursday night game against the Tampa Bay Rays and the Friday night game against the Kansas City Royals. We had a great time! This was the fourth (and fifth) major league baseball game that I've been to. It was my first time to go to a game at Turner Field. Here is a picture of Connor and me with a giant Braves baseball!
The second major league baseball game that I had ever been to was at the Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, Ohio. I went with mom, dad and Helen to watch the Reds play against the Cardinals. Here is a picture of me, dad and Helen inside the stadium.
Here is a picture of dad and me inside the stadium watching batting practice before the game.
Our seats were way out in left field.
But mom and dad told me that just before we left, another guy was leaving and he offered us his tickets so we could get down close for another couple of innings. Then we had this view! That is former UT player Todd Helton at bat!
So, those are all of my major league baseball games! And guess what? I'm going to Atlanta again on Monday with my dad, my uncle Josh and my cousin Ty to watch the Braves play the Washington Nationals. If you want to look for us, the game is going to be on ESPN! We get to see rookie Stephen Strasburg pitch for the Nationals! I'll still be cheering for the Braves!
